Although very warm and practically exclusively sunny, summers in the Dominican Republic are marked by frequent rainfall. Apart from that, there is also the hurricane season, which begins during May and lasts until November. The city of Samana is no exception when it comes to weather, which means that it’s warm and sunny most of the time, with a bit more rain during the summer.
